We believe that the best landscape design should focus on three areas: beauty, function, and sustainability. We love creating spaces that are lovely to look at year-round, are functional and easy to care for, and that take into consideration environmental sustainability practices. Building spaces that people can enjoy and create memories in, all while providing a benefit to our planet, is what we are all about. 

Depending on the specific needs of your project, here are some of the steps we would take to transform your outdoor space:

INITIAL CONSULTATION

A free one-hour visit to learn more about your project, walk through the site, talk about your goals, discuss the best approach for your project, and share more about Arnada Landscapes.

SITE ANALYSIS

We will spend 1-2 hours on site taking detailed measurements and photos of your current outdoor space. This information will be used to ensure your final landscape design is accurate.

DESIGN DIRECTIONS

During this phase, we will review 1-2 design directions for your landscape. This will include mood boards, color palettes, initial plant and hardscaping selections, as well as rough sketches of the landscape layout.  Once a direction is selected we will move into the final landscape design phase.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

In this phase, we will begin fine tuning the overall landscape design and complete research on material sources, cost ranges, and code requirements to ensure that the design is buildable.

Final Design

For the final design, we will deliver 2D CAD rendered landscape drawings that can be used for the final landscaping installation by either a contractor or yourself. We will deliver the final landscape drawings, a planting list, hardscaping materials list, and lists of preferred installation vendors and nurseries. Depending on the project, these may also include irrigation or lighting schematics as well as furnishing designs.
